Episode 1 : Hail and Farewell ( Part 2 )

While she tries to recover from her loss, Mac learns by an agent of the MI6 that Webb would have not died but on the point to become him. She asks for her help to Harm and leaves on the ground. Sturgis becomes the new JAG replacing on the place of Admiral Chegwidden.

Episode 2 : Corporate Raiders

A marine is killed in Iraq by a shooting, seems t-il enemy. Nevertheless, his widow believes in a murder. Harm and Mac investigates. Sturgis gets ready to make new appointments within the JAG. Mattie returns towards Harm after his father made him forgery-jump.

Episode 3 : Retrial

Harm has to revalue the affair of the marine Saul Wainright dating 1981 which had refused to pay a prostitute by discovering that it was about a man. He gets acquainted with Alicia Montes. Bud and Mac takes care of a serviceman who is married to four different women.

Episode 4 :Whole New Ball Game

Bud is in charge of making the light on assertions carried against Colonel Creswell while this one should become new Judge Avocat General of the naval operations. Mac and Harm is sent on US HENNESSY to investigate on one Sign having fired at a fisherman.

Episode  5 : This Just In From Bagdad

Colonel Creswell takes his offices in the JAG and shows himself obnoxious with everybody. Harm and Mac is sent to Iraq to discover if a Sergeant of Marines is responsible for the death during an ambush of a councillor in the La Defense.

Episode 6 : One Big Boat 

Mac investigate on the death of a student of Marine's Academy who saved one of his  friends of the drowning during a storm on a boat where was Mike Robert, the brother of Bud. Mac collides with Cresswell while Mattie leaves one more time Harm, the big heart.

Episode 7 : Camp Delta

To the camp Delta of Guantanamo, three guards mistreating a prisoner and are filmed without their knowledge. They discover, besides that he was a cop. Harm and Mac is in confrontation on this affair. Bud takes a bad punch and finishes in the court as the accused.

Episode 8 : There Goes The Neighborhood

The past of Coates rapelle to her with the return of an old friend. This one settles down and does not delay be been supposed to be for her and to imply  him  in a murder. Bud takes care of the case of one 26-year-old pilot having bought F-18 on internet for his dying father.

Episode 9 :The Man On The Bridge

Harm and Mac tries to collaborate with FBI when the car of Marine captain working on the laboratory of  Defense of biological weapons is found without his owner. Bud pleads the case of Corporal Maria Reyes which wants to obtain to be able to box in front of men.

Episode 10 :The Four Percent Solution

The day before Christmas, Mac is a victim of a car accident and transported at the hospital. Medicines which are given to him make her hallucinate. She sees again the events of the previous months in particular the death of Webb, which she accepts finally.

Episode 11 : Automatic For The People 

 Harm survey(investigation) beside a local Lieutenant on the crash of F-14 in a field the pilot(driver) of which was killed. He(it) tries to make the link with another plane apparently stolen by an Israeli. The compulsory shooting practices turn to the competition between Mac and Cresswell.

Episode 12 : The Sixth Juror

Things become complicated for Mac and Harm when the one continues and the other one defends naval officer accused of having killed a loving civilian of his wife. The complication comes because, among the members of the jury of the trial, is Jennifer Coates who had to at first only assist Mac.

Episode 13 : Heart Of Darkness

The skills of Mac farsi lead them, her and Harm, in Afghanistan to investigate into the implication of a Captain of the marine in the fire of a village and the death of five inhabitants. On the other hand, a sailor is accused of flight of car in Iraq. Cresswell finds an old friend but discovers that he is also the father of the boy to whom belonged the car. Big Bud asks for the help of his son to avoid leaving for Iraq. 
 
Episode 14 :  Fit For Duty

Harm, Mac and Bud takes care of the affair of a psychiatrist of the Navy based in Afghanistan which is accused of doubtful practices by a young marine which it treated. In Washington, Bud defendsCommander who wishes that the army recognizes him too old to stay in service.

Episode 15 : Bridging The Gulf

The HQ of the JAG welcomes a new lawyer, Gregory Vukovic. Creswell sends Harm on a carrier who crosses in the Persian Gulf to take care of the death of an Iraqi fisherman and cross his famous quotae of flight there. During his tries, hemeets grateful to fire at a civil plane which violated the space of flight. Mac takes care of an affair implying a marine accused of having seized illegally a vehicle from an Iraqi citoyon. Cresswell assigns her Vukovic but Mac do not like particularly the way of working of her colleague.

Episode 16 :Starits Of Malacca

In the strait of Malacca in Indonesia, pirates inspect a ship and take hostage the equipage. Mac and Vukovic is sent on the spot to negotiate with the leader of the pirates who is looked for. Vukovic discovers that these negotiations are a diversion for a commando squad armed with a bomb which goes to an important port. Harriet and Bud make a party for the arrival of their twins. In this opportunity, everybody gets acquainted of the woman of Cresswell while Mikey falls in love with his daughter, Cammie.

Episode 17 : JAG : San Diego

While Harm is in charge of the HQ of the JAG in Washington, Mac, Vukovic and Cresswell await the annual conference of the JAG to San Diego. Mac and Vukovic is nevertheless in charge of the affair of a marine having fired in the sight of a riot before seeing éffondrer a man in his feet. Both are in confrontation with the  court in wings, playboy's talent of Vukovic warms the spirits, especially that Mac is assisted by the ex of the lawyer. A snowstorm starts and Harm learns that Mattie is hurt following a grave accident.

Episode 18 :Death The Mosque

Vukovic is sent to Iraq to make the light on a shooting in a mosque, a task made difficult by a report of ZNN. Harm crosses his days in the support of Mattie to the hospital. Cresswell asks Mac to speak to Cammie, his daughter. He does not want that she dashes a military career.

Episode 19 : Two Towns

In Iraq, the explosion of a bomb in a tent makes 17 deaths among the marine whose only one survives, who is accused from then on. Mac is in charge of defending him then Harm and Bud goes in Oklahoma, state of which are native the young servicemen. They are present within the framework of the legal help to emergencies to help families in administrative procedures.


Episode 20 : Unkown Soldier

Wallace Cresswell, the brother of the General, to ask him to investigate into the discovery of a body in Vietnam which could be the one who saved him the life during the war. Vukovic and the new Grave recruit, are sent over there then in Louisiana, where is the sister of the soldier for analysis DNA. Harm and Mac opposes in the affair of a doctor reservist accused of having wanted to save an Iraqi child plûtot that American soldiers.

Episode 21 : Dream Team

Harm and Vukovic has to make common part in spite of them to defend(forbid) a marine accused of the death of a team member during a fight, the other one having finished in the ice-cold water. Mac has to defend a marine Green who freed dolphins held by the army. Cresswell announces an explosive piece of news to the team.

Episode 22 : Fair Winds And Following Seas

Cresswell has just announced the dissolution of the team and Harm and Mac received their new affectations: San Diego for her, London for him. They understand that they have three days to train their team and make certain personelles decisions. Harm asks Bud to accompany him in London but he declines the offer while Mac refuses the proposition of Vukovic and still ignores that Jennifer would like to accompany her. While he packs his luggage, Harm has the visit from Mac. They discuss their relation and, contrary to all expectations, Harm asks for Mac in marriage. They gather all the team in the McMurphy to announce the piece of news. The place remains to determine: London or San Diego?
